Sabrina’s Cafe – Best Brunch, Dinner Specials, Collingswood

This New Jersey cafe is open all day but it really shines at brunch. It’s got a punk-rock theme and it’s packed with flavor. You’ll also find delicious dinners and spectacular seasonal drinks. One visit and you’ll likely be back.

You’ll find standard cafe fare here including sandwiches, soups, and salads, budget-friendly dinner specials starting at $12.95, a lighter side menu (try the crispy tempura shrimp taco with mango salsa), and a bunch of breakfast options. There’s avocado toast, buttermilk pancakes, scrambled eggs, juevos rancheros and their legendary stuffed challah French Toast.

But let’s get to those punk rock brunch specials… Check out Soy Division (a toasted vegan English muffin topped with roasted asparagus, grilled tomato, sautéed spinach, and marinated smoked grilled tempeh, topped with a vegan hollandaise sauce) and the Blitzkrieg Benedict (two poached eggs over sautéed spinach and an English muffin finished with Sabrina’s hollandaise sauce), among others.
